I woke up rather early today
the weather looks great
waited awhile to get woken up completely.
stretched and went out mid morning
1 mile in side ache...
whatever, slowed down a bit and got rid of it
2 mile in started raining
wanted to keep going
but had to start returning.
no sense getting sick the week before my certified flight instructor checkride and
might be detained for getting a flu indication in Thailand
don't want to spend the whole summer being in the hospital allegedly sick.
total workout 3 miles
average pace 10.50
blah.
